At what level is the course set? 
The course is set to appeal to the beginner and intermediate wine enthusiast. Those who have an interest but never had the time!
How long will the course take? 
To complete the full course will take approximately two weeks if done at the pace of an hour a day. Many simply complete sections of particular interest to them and use the Tasting Toolkit™ to log tasting notes and select food and wine pairings on an ongoing basis.
What if I lose my username and password? 
If you lose your username and password simply email us stating your username and we willl send you these details as soon as possible.
What system requirements does the course have?
Temporary Note: Please note that this download is currently for Windows operating systems only (Win 98 onwards). We will be adding a MAC version shortly.
PC system requirements:
A PC with a Pentium 2 400mhz processor, 64 mb ram (128mb for windows XP and 2000), 20mb of free disk space, an open gl compatible graphics card for the 3d environment (SVGA is sufficient if using just 2d environment), monitor capable of a minimum display resolution of 800x600x256. Microsoft Win 98 onwards. An internet browser.
MAC version system requirements:
A MAC computer with a G4 or above. 256mb ram, 20mb of free disk space, an open gl compatible graphics card for the 3d environment (SVGA is sufficient if using just 2d environment), monitor capable of a minimum display resolution of 800x600x256. MAC OSX.
